[Appetizer] Akamoku seaweed from Itoshima, tossed in Tosa sauce

Akamoku is a type of seaweed similar to mekabu.

[Dai no mono] Domestic black-haired wagyu beef grilled on a magnolia leaf, served in sukiyaki style

◆A small pot of Hirado Wagyu beef loin will be prepared for each person.

[Sashimi] Assortment of two types of sashimi

[Post-sashimi] A combination of post-sashimi squid tempura and seasonal vegetable tempura

After sashimi, enjoy some tempura.

◆A creative sauce made from the bara-ko (roe) that is left over during the manufacture of our homemade mentaiko.

[Bowl dish] Thickly sliced stewed pork with fluffy yam hat

A specialty dish of sea bream marinated in saikyo miso and then coated with mentaiko and grilled.
