This is a high-end course that includes puffer fish kaiseki, spiny lobster, and milt dishes.

Includes Kattoppo (a local dish known only in Fukuoka and Goto)

Torafuku kaiseki prepared by the head chef/cooking only 10,000 yen (tax included)

[Appetizer] Tiger puffer fish milt and iron-pulled fish, dressed with masago roe

・Grilled puffer fish sushi wrapped in bamboo leaves

・Fugu skin dressed with vinegar Autumn leaves

・Monkfish liver and Nara pickles stuffed in a monaka wafer

[Iron-grilled] Domestic natural torafuku thinly made maple leaves/wood bud treatment set
